I'm logging in the same computer and Steams thinks I'm on another computer.
Steam you are stupid if you are reading this because you think I'm on a different
computer.

Happens, wait a few hours and try again, usually fixes itself, if it stays like this, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam and delete the file clientregistry.blob

I deleted the file and it still thinks i'm on a new computer. *sigh* I'll just wait till my dad comes home cause I can't check for the code to open my account in his inbox.
